We understand that online shopping can be difficult when it comes to Returns, as we aim to keep our customers 100% satisfied we have implemented a 30-day return policy

What can be returned:

Unwanted Products: Returns are accepted of any product purchased on our site for unopened, unused merchandise in the original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase. You must return all packing material, printed material, all parts and pieces originally shipped to you. You will cover the return transportation and insurance costs.

Manufacturer Defects: We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. We will cover the return and replacement transportation costs.

Special Order or Clearance Items: Items on sale, clearance or ordered specially are not returnable, non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Damages or shortage due to shipping: Please contact shipper immediately and arrange for an inspection. Keep all packing material, then contact our office for return authorization. Shipping company will issue you an inspection report that must accompany the return, Shipping damages or shortages must be reported within 3 business days.

Return Authorization: Please be advised that prior authorization is required on all returns. Any returns sent to us without return authorization cannot be accepted. Please contact us for Return Authorization form Tel: 519 966 2301

Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of J Spa LaSalle. We will send you an authorization form . Authorization number must appear on the outside of the package.

Insurance: To ensure that your returns are received by J Spa LaSalle, please make sure to add insurance to your parcels through your preferred mail delivery service.

Exchange or Refund: Product may be exchanged or refunded. Exchanges or refunds will only be made after the returned products are received in good order at our office.

Shipping charges: non-refundable Shipping and handling fees originally charged to you are not refundable.
